To strengthen frontline practical capabilities and better serve overseas clients, CONSMOS Classroom invited senior sales representatives from Linyi CONSMOS Import & Export Co., Ltd. for the special training *Exhibition Lead Generation — Client Development & Efficient Follow-up*.

Real frontline experience is summarized into practical, actionable methods to continuously improve our comprehensive service for global customers.



Session 1 of the training focuses on consistent deal-closing capability and on-site customer service at exhibitions. Drawing on frontline sales insights and practical experience from domestic and overseas shows, it covers identifying client needs, matching product solutions and negotiating commercial terms. We aim to win clients’ trust through professionalism, convert enquiries into orders and deliver tailored solutions for customers.



Training Session 2 guides the team to shift sales mindset, upgrading from order-chasing sales to industry consultant-style service. We keep polishing professional competence and overall quality, ensuring every communication creates new value for clients.



Training Session 3 is delivered by the Sales Director of CONSMOS Import & Export. It focuses on breaking down exhibition-related regulations and holds a Q&A session for on-site issues raised by the team. This helps colleagues resolve doubts about exhibition participation and professionally meet diverse needs of exhibition clients.
