    CONSMOS Group’s 2026 First Morning Star Training Camp Comes to a Successful Close

    Eyes brimming with passion, hearts rooted in professionalism! The first 2026 Morning Star Training Camp of CONSMOS Group kicked off vibrantly. The event was filled with lively energy and youthful spirit, featuring a series of wonderful sessions including team talent shows, heartfelt messages from the Chairman, mentor-mentee inheritance ceremonies and multi-dimensional professional lectures. Adopting a youth-oriented, practice-driven and engaging training model, we strive to cultivate a new generation of passionate, professional foreign trade backbones with bright aspirations.



    At the opening of the event, the person in charge of the Human Resources Center of CONSMOS Group introduced the overall schedule of the training camp. The 2026 Morning Star Training Camp will be carried out in four orderly phases. A comprehensive PK point incentive system will be implemented throughout the training, with scoring covering five major categories: daily attendance, in-class participation, completion of after-class assignments, corporate culture sharing and practical business order achievements. This program is designed to cultivate outstanding new employees of CONSMOS who are passionate about foreign trade, professionally competent, proactive and pragmatic in pursuit of excellence.



    To prepare for this talent showcase, new employees of CONSMOS brainstormed in advance to come up with distinctive team names and inspiring, catchy slogans. The stage was filled with a heated atmosphere during the performance, which marked the first round of the camp’s point competition. Tiered point rewards were granted to teams based on their rankings. All teams cheered for one another, and their vibrant energy vividly demonstrated the unique spirit of CONSMOS’s new generation—ambitious, motivated and striving for the best.



    The Chairman of CONSMOS Group attended the event in person and held face-to-face exchanges with the young new recruits. Against the backdrop of the booming foreign trade industry in Linyi, he gave a clear interpretation of the Group’s three-hundred vision: hitting a 10-billion-yuan revenue target, building a century-old enterprise and setting up one hundred business divisions, and conveyed the core corporate values of integrity, standardization, long-term development and win-win cooperation. The Chairman offered words of encouragement to all young participants: Your choice of foreign trade stems from sincere passion deep inside; securing a solid market foothold relies on solid professional capabilities.     Mentor-apprentice training has long been a talent development tradition passed down within CONSMOS Group. Many senior backbones with outstanding performance and rich hands-on experience serve as exclusive mentors for new employees all year round. Several mentors were specially invited to attend the apprenticeship ceremony during this training camp. Newcomers presented apprenticeship cards and offered tea to their mentors one by one. The solemn ritual embodies our original aspiration to pass on foreign trade expertise from generation to generation. Mentors will provide full-cycle guidance, walking new staff through business workflows step by step and breaking down various industrial challenges, helping them quickly accumulate practical experience and lay a solid foundation for their work.



    CONSMOS Group has built a complete hierarchical and progressive talent training system consisting of four development programs: Morning Star, Navigator, Master Blueprint and Partner. Meanwhile, the distinctive 3+4 training model has been implemented. The curriculum covers four dimensions including corporate culture, professional knowledge, practical skills and comprehensive literacy, laying a solid all-round professional foundation for new employees.



    Three informative special sharing sessions were arranged for this intensive training. Throughout the lectures, instructors kept engaging the participants with real business questions to trigger in-depth thinking. New staff volunteered to answer questions and held on-site group discussions, creating a strong learning atmosphere. The General Manager of Linyi Yonghong International Trade delivered a practical session on foreign trade negotiation, breaking down deal-closing tactics and risk prevention based on real transaction cases. The person in charge of the Group Operation Center gave special training on international logistics, explaining cost and lead time management in combination with local shipping routes. An outstanding young sales representative from Linyi CONSMOS Import & Export Co., Ltd. shared his exclusive *Foreign Trade Growth Manual*, presenting practical long-term development plans. Points were awarded for active classroom participation and excellent test results, fully motivating everyone to think proactively and study diligently.
