    CONSMOS Group Successfully Held the May Incentive Payout Event

    The May Monthly Incentive Award Ceremony of CONSMOS Group was successfully held on the morning of June 9, followed by a delightful group birthday party for employees. Colleagues from all subsidiaries gathered together, making the event lively and warm throughout.



    At the opening of the conference, the Chairman delivered a speech focusing on brand development. He first extended his gratitude to all colleagues involved in the brand building work, stressing that brand development is a challenging yet utterly worthwhile undertaking. Thanks to over a decade of persistent efforts, Consmos has long maintained a leading market share. Bolstered by its well-established reputation, we have stood out amid fierce international market competition, proving the core value of our brand with solid strength.



    After the brand sharing session, the event moved on to the May incentive award ceremony. Awards were presented across multiple categories including new client development, new product promotion, Consmos brand shipments, team performance and logistical support. Outstanding individuals and teams from the sales, procurement departments, subsidiaries and business groups received certificates and prizes one after another. Every award is a testament to hard work. The awardees set an inspiring example for everyone present, earning rounds of warm applause. All staff are motivated to follow their lead, seize opportunities and strive for better results in the next phase.



    Upon the conclusion of the awards ceremony, the event took on a warm and heartfelt note as the group birthday celebration commenced. The company extended sincere wishes to all employees celebrating their birthdays this month. Exquisite gifts, greeting cards and delicious birthday cakes were prepared on site. Everyone joined in singing the birthday song, while the birthday celebrants made heartfelt wishes amid the warm blessings from all CONSMOS members, creating a joyous and harmonious atmosphere. A lucky draw was also held as a delightful surprise, with practical prizes including potted plants and short leave entitlements given out one after another, filling the venue with laughter and cheer. This warm gathering allowed every member to truly experience the care and sense of belonging within the CONSMOS family.



    As the event drew to a close, the Chairman revisited his original aspirations from the company's early days and gave a comprehensive interpretation of the Group's well-rounded incentive system.
