The group visited the Presidential Palace, tracing the century-old historical context through every brick and tile, appreciating the profound heritage accumulated over time in its courtyards and buildings, and experiencing the marks of modern history left by turbulent times. In the evening, they strolled along the Qinhuai River at Confucius Temple, watching red lanterns light up one by one and the river shimmering under the lights. They tasted local specialties in the ancient streets and alleys, experiencing the millennium elegance and vibrant vitality of the “Ten-Li Qinhuai” amid a blend of poetic charm and daily life.
The next day, they headed to Niushou Mountain, where they relaxed and refreshed themselves amid magnificent architecture and tranquil woodlands. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and freed from work fatigue, they gained inner calm and peace in the embrace of nature and Zen atmosphere. In the afternoon, they explored the Sun Yat-sen Botanical Garden, walking through lush forests and encountering diverse plants. They unwound in the fresh greenery and felt the healing power of nature’s vitality.
Towards the end of the trip, the team wandered by Xuanwu Lake, enjoying the rippling blue waves and winding embankments. They strolled leisurely amid the beautiful lake and mountain scenery, savoring the comfort and charm of urban landscapes, drawing a perfect conclusion to this journey to Jinling.
