In advance, the Group’s Human Resources Center carried out a special lecture on the connotation of 6S management during the morning meeting, enabling every employee to clearly grasp the in-depth connotation and application value of 6S. After the lecture, all departments took quick action, and all employees devoted themselves to the office environment renewal work. Taking advantage of work intervals, everyone collaborated with clear divisions of labor: wiping easily overlooked corners such as desktops, windowsills and cabinet tops, and cleaning every hidden hygiene dead spot; carefully sorting out documents and office supplies, removing useless items, and designating fixed placement positions for various items; conducting in-depth classified storage in cabinets and drawers, while organizing personal computer files and standardizing line layout. From individual workstations to public areas, from offline spaces to online office environments, every corner was carefully organized, and the office area took on a new look with the joint efforts of all employees.
