CONSMOS Group Second Round Equity & Stock Option Incentive Launch Conference

Recently, the Second Round Equity Incentive & Stock Option Incentive Launch Conference of CONSMOS Group was held grandly. This event is not only a continuation and upgrade of the outcomes of the first round of incentives, but also a crucial initiative to gather talents through institutional design and implement the Group’s strategy by pursuing win-win cooperation.
At the conference venue, the original 9 shareholders, 6 newly inducted shareholders, 5 senior executives entitled to stock option incentives, and all CONSMOS family members gathered together. Amid the interweaving of shared beliefs and collective glory, they jointly embarked on a brand-new journey themed “CONSMOS for All, a Cause Shared by All”.

The Group Chairman looked back on the first round of equity incentives launched in 2021, stating that this bold initiative themed "Strive Together, Share the Fruits" had delivered an outstanding performance. Over the past three years, the initial shareholders have reaped substantial returns, truly sharing in the dividends of the Group’s development.
Meanwhile, the positive effects of the incentive mechanism have been fully demonstrated: the Group’s business performance has achieved continuous breakthroughs, the talent echelon has taken shape steadily, and core talents from the second and third tiers have emerged one after another; the management system has been continuously refined, organizational processes have been optimized and upgraded, and the incubation of new business entities has yielded remarkable results.

The Chairman stated that, building on the solid outcomes of the first round, the Group has duly launched the dual-track program of the second round of equity incentives and stock option incentives, with its core objectives squarely aligned with the strategic blueprint of the "Three-Hundred Vision"—striving for a ten-billion-yuan revenue target, building a century-old enterprise, and establishing one hundred business divisions.
In accordance with the Group’s strategic plan, 2026 will focus on incubating new business sectors such as labor protection supplies, photovoltaic products and flooring materials. The initial goal is to set up at least two new business divisions, and going forward, the Group will gradually expand the layout of overseas warehouses and production bases.

The second round of equity incentives is open to all business backbones.
