Recently, CONSMOS Group held a seminar for new employees. At the beginning of the event, the Human Resources Director served as the host and kicked off the event with cordial words. She introduced the purpose and process of the meeting to everyone, encouraged everyone to speak freely on this open and confidential communication platform, and created a relaxed and active atmosphere for the symposium.
Then, the fun game "Hug of Love" was launched. Colleagues formed teams based on the numerical instructions issued by the host. The process of forming teams broke down the barriers between departments and enhanced communication. In the end, the six employees who persisted to the end received the company's customized handicrafts, and the scene was filled with joy.
After the game, it was time for the employees to introduce themselves. According to the basic information of colleagues, corporate culture quotes, and wise personal mottos spoken by the host, everyone rushed to answer the names of colleagues corresponding to the above information.After the start, the atmosphere was instantly ignited, with the sounds of quick responses coming one after another. The winner who finally stood out was personally awarded a carefully customized company handicraft by the chairman. This prize is not only a reward for the winner, but also carries the beautiful memories of this fun and challenging experience.
The climax of the symposium was the in-depth interpretation of the group's development blueprint by the chairman himself. In the detailed and vivid narration, the chairman systematically reviewed the development of the company from its early days to the industry leader, and profoundly explained the group's "grand vision and mission of the times."
