    CONSMOS GROUP STARTS A NEW JOURNE——ONLINE TRAINING


    In today's fiercely competitive world, CONSMOS Group has always believed that talent is the core driving force for corporate development. In order to further enhance the strategic vision, execution efficiency and professional effectiveness of employees and build a high-performance team, CONSMOS Group officially launched the online training project in April 2025 and held a unique launch briefing.


    The particularity of foreign trade business requires employees to travel frequently between different regions and time zones. The traditional training model is difficult to meet everyone's needs for learning anytime and anywhere, and the emergence of online training platforms has perfectly solved this problem. Employees can make full use of fragmented time, which not only improves learning efficiency, but also makes learning more flexible and convenient, so that they can truly achieve both work and study.


    The platform has set up a chat group for exclusive learning classes, which is a "small world" for everyone to communicate after class. Here, employees can share their learning experiences and discuss problems encountered at work.
