CONSMOS| 2025 ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION BEGINS

On March 29, CONSMOS Group launched the 2025 annual physical examination with the theme of "Caring for employees' health and building a better future", and organized nearly 150 employees of the group to participate in health examinations at nearby professional physical examination institutions, public hospitals, etc.

Since its establishment, the Group has always regarded human resources as the most valuable asset of the company and the health of employees as the guarantee of the Group's rapid and steady development. For more than ten years, the Group has insisted on organizing health examinations every year to add a "firewall" for the health of all employees.



For this physical examination, the company not only thoughtfully arranged multiple physical examination locations for everyone, but also made it convenient for all employees to have physical examinations nearby. At the same time, a complete fee standard has been formulated. Based on different factors such as position, length of service, performance, etc., some eligible employees will receive additional subsidies, fully demonstrating the company's care for employees in different positions.

Employees who are unable to take the physical examination on March 29 for some reason can make an appointment for a physical examination within the following month.
